And it is that although it has certain options to contact the company by traditional means (email address, telephone number with national prefix…), the North American giant prefers to keep the process in its application to facilitate access to the order information. According to the application, the service hours are from Monday to Saturday from 0:00 to 2:00 and from 6:00 to 2:00.
