Digimobil, or Digi Móvil or just Digi, is a Romanian-based telecommunications company currently operating in our country. Like any company that intervenes, Digi has complete customer service to resolve the doubts and incidents of the company’s customers: contact telephone number, email, contact form, and social networks… We have collected all avenues to contact Digimobil customer service in 2021.
DIGIMOBIL TOLL FREE PHONE (NO 902)
To contact Digi from a telephone number belonging to the Digimobil network for free, we can use 1200. We can also use 642 642 642 if we call from a telephone number of another operator in Spain, although it is also valid from a Digi network. It should be noted that the cost of the call if the line does not belong to Digi, will depend on the rate conditions of our operator.
The last option we can resort to is based on a special rate number whose cost per minute is higher than that of a national call. The number in question is 901 666 642. If we are in Romania, we can call 031 400 64 22 or 0034 642 642 642 if we are in another country.
For all the lines we have just mentioned, customer service hours are from 7 in the morning to midnight every day.
