NATURGY TOLL-FREE NUMBER
Currently, Naturgy has three telephone lines designed to answer different queries. For product changes and contracting of services, we can call  900 649 250. Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
For any general query, we can call 900 100 251 or +34 910 497 474 if we are calling from abroad (we must include the international prefix +34). Both lines are operational from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., although we can also use the fax, which corresponds to line 900 10 50 50. To register new supplies, we must contact 900 333 555 from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
It should be noted that all telephone lines are free, except for the line for inquiries from abroad, which has a national prefix. The cost from a country outside the roaming zone may vary depending on the contracted rate, so we recommend you consult directly with your telephone operator to determine the price per minute.

To contact customer service by email, we can use the [email protected]. To respond to queries more quickly, Naturgy recommends attaching the following information:
- DNI and full name of the contract holder
- Supply point address
- Phone number
- Reference number
- The last four digits of the bank account.
