Like any serious company, PayPal has an entire customer service dedicated to solving the questions and problems of platform users. Currently, this service is based on different ways of contact: telephone, support form, and email … We have compiled all the ways to contact PayPal’s customer service in Spain on this occasion.
PAYPAL CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER
If we want to contact PayPal support by telephone in Spain, we can use the following telephone numbers provided by the company itself:
- 900 801 665 (free number)
- 91 836 29 90 (national rate number)
The service hours of the two telephone numbers are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In both cases, the agents will answer the call entirely in Spanish. The normal thing is that we are required an 8-digit code in the call that we can request through the Contact section on the PayPal website with the session started.
PAYPAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMAIL
PayPal does not have a public email address to answer questions, but it does have a support form that will put us in contact with customer service via email. We can access the form in question through the following link:
- Access the form
For the service to respond to our query as quickly as possible, we must describe the problem in great detail  (reference number of the transaction, amount of money in the transaction…). Likewise, we will have to provide an email address to receive a response from the company.
CHAT AND PAYPAL SUPPORT ON THE WEB
The Resolution Center is the most direct way to contact PayPal customer service. We can access it through the following link:
- Access the resolution center
Next, the web will show us a button to report a problem to the platform. We can select the transaction in question from the history of recent transactions to expand the information later. The normal thing is that we receive an answer through this same page.
PAYPAL SOCIAL MEDIA
Another way to contact PayPal is through social networks. The company currently has a presence on different platforms. Today he only pays personalized attention through Twitter.
