Although the law requires all businesses to provide documentation when requested by the business’s clients, there have been cases in which those in charge refuse to provide any information. Although calling the authorities in these cases is advisable, we will likely need a draft to complete the pertinent information. For this reason, we have compiled the claim forms of all the Autonomous Communities of Spain.
Before proceeding, it is necessary to clarify that the attached documentation will not be valid if it is not completed with the legal information of the business we are reporting. Later, we will have to send the sheet to our city’s commercial premises and the Consumer Office.

The Junta de AndalucÃa offers a complaints form that we can edit directly from the browser. We can later store the application in PDF format or print it with a printer for presentation to businesses and the Consumer Office.

The Government of Aragon has a self-editable PDF document we can fill out from the browser. Once we have completed it, we can print it or save it in PDF format.

In the case of Asturias, the way to fill out a claims form is based on a simple web form that we can fill out online. Subsequently, a file will be generated that we can download.

The Canary Islands Government does not have any type of online application but rather makes a general model available to customers that can be viewed and downloaded from the Canary Islands Government page.

The Government of Cantabria makes available to clients and businesses the three types of application that must be filled out when requesting the claims form:Â the green sheet, the white sheet, and the pink sheet. None of the documents are self-editable.

DOWNLOAD CLAIMS FORM FOR CEUTA AND MELILLA IN PDF
The Autonomous Cities of Ceuta and Melilla have a different, and therefore unique, model of claims forms. In both cases, it is a PDF document that cannot be self-edited from the computer but must be printed.
